The works available on this site are either unique from series or editions. All works are unframed.
Shipping:
At present we ship to any UK address. Please allow 3 – 5 business days for us to process your order.
If you are outside the UK please contact us via https://gilesround.co.uk/limboparadiso/index.php/contact/
– we will be happy to provide a quote for shipping. Note: all import duties which are incurred with an international shipment are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Items to be delivered within the UK will be sent primarily by Royal Mail. Once items are shipped, we are no longer liable for those items.
Returns:
Please contact us with in 7 days if you would like to return a work. Any returns must be made in original condition and packaging.
Title:
Title (ownership) only passes to the purchaser once the artwork has been delivered and we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time, up to the point of delivery.
Pricing:
Prices are subject to change. Edition prices will rise as the edition sells. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out in store, plus any charges for delivery if applicable.
Cancellation:
We reserve the right to cancel any orders.
Restricted Quantities:
Edition works are limited to one per customer, organisation or household.
Occasionally, an error may occur and goods may be either incorrectly priced or described, in which case we will not be obliged to supply the goods at the incorrect price or in accordance with the incorrect description, or at all. We reserve the right to correct any errors from time to time. We will at our discretion either cancel your order and refund the price you have paid or use reasonable endeavours to contact you and ask you whether you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description. If we are unable to contact you or you do not wish to continue with the order at the correct price or correct description, we will cancel your order and refund the price you have paid.
Changes:
We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
